1990-15 Club Car 36v-48v – AMD Speed and Torque Motor

Club Car lives by the motto, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” It feels like it anyway, with how long they will run a successful golf cart without making a significant change. That why this AMD speed motor will work not only for the 36-volt ds models, but it has no issue working on the 48-volt models either. As long as your golf cart is series-powered, you are good to go. The dead giveaway on that is the lever-style forward and reverse switch. If you got one of those, you are good to go.

The more power, the better; if you have been thinking about upgrading your batteries from 36 to 48 volts, now is the time to do it. This thing packs a whopping four horsepower when supplied 36 volts.
